It’s hard to believe that five years has passed since we first sat down in our board room and began laying out the frame work for what would become our ServeAnt platform.
The goal from day one has not changed, satisfy a need we heard time and time again from member based groups; “We need a way to upgrade our systems, show our members more value add products and find additional revenue without increasing dues.”
A lofty request indeed, and one that has left many scratching their heads, but we knew from the beginning we had an advantage over the competition. Why? ServeAnt is a logical partnership of two unique companies, one a software company and the other an insurance agency. Not your typical roommates. However, we knew working together that a single platform upon which state of the art technology, value add products and revenue opportunities for groups was possible. What we didn’t expect was that it would take five years to develop! As the saying goes “anything worth doing is worth doing well” and we didn’t want to rush something to the marketplace that did not meet our standards and did not achieve our goal. We have spent five years listening to executive directors, volunteer leaders and members discuss their needs. We have done our homework, and more importantly, we are ready to deliver!
